Proverbs 18:22  HE who finds a wife finds a good thing and receives favor The Lord.

 

Proverbs 19:14  Houses and wealth are inherited from parnets, but a prudent wife is from The Lord.

 

Proverbs 1:8 Listen, my son to my words and instructions and do not forsake your mother's teachings.

 

I Peter 4:8   Above all love each other deeply, becuase love covers a multitude of sin.

 

Ephesians 4:2-3 Be completely humble and gentle;  be patient, bearing with one another in love.  Make every effor to keep the unity of the spirit through the bond of peace.

 

 

If a husband and a wife are humble, patient,  gentle and both parties are selfless in a relationship this will cause less confrontation and fewer arguements.  We would all do much better in our marriages to remember to live a life modeled after the way of Jesus Christ.  When a cople enters into marriage the last thought is divorce.  But through the years of being together, hardships and life can threaten your relationship..IF this is ever the case, allow the word of God to come into your life.  You have been joined together by God and God will give you wisdom and strength along your way.

Ephesians 5:21-23  And be subject to one another in the fear of Christ.Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the church, He Himself being the Savior of the body.But as the church is subject to Christ, so also the wives ought to be to their husbands in everything.Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her,so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word,that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless.So husbands ought also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself;for no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ also does the church, because we are members of His body. For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother shall be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. This mystery is great; but I am speaking with reference to Christ and the church. Nevertheless, each individual among you also is to love his own wife even as himself, and the wife must see to it that she respects her husband.

 

Genesis  2:18 Then the LORD God said, 'It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him.
